I ordered 5G Home Internet Plus on the 18th of December through the Verizon App for the promotion of an Xbox Series X, $100 Verizon Gift Card, and $200 Amazon Gift Card. My order was ready next day so I went to pick it up in store and set it up same day. I received an email saying Congrats on having 5G Home Internet and saying about qualifying for the promotion but no info on how to actually redeem. I have been in over 15 chats with agents and everytime have told me different things. First someone told me that I had to wait for their system to update to send me an email. Another told me I had to wait 5-7 days. The 3rd one told me I had to wait 2 weeks. Can you guess what the next one told me? They said I had to have the service active 60 days before I can redeem. I quickly called the agent out and told him in the ToS it says I have to redeem "within 60 days of activation" if not I would be ineligible. The agent quickly tried to cover his mini formation by saying I could have to wait up to 60 days for it. Still didn't make since. Now Everytime I chat with an agent I'm just getting the run around with some just blatantly ending the chat. As far as I'm aware either every Verizon support employee doesn't know what their talking about or there set up to lie to wait you out till you aren't eligible for the promotion anymore. If anyone has had luck with how to actually redeem the promotion or what is the actual procedure for getting it please lmk.
