We signed up for the  Verizon 5Ghome on the Black Friday Deal We were told we had to wait 2 months We waited When we called they said there was no offer for an XBOX We argued they searched  Oh We found it You needed the 5Gplus We said not a problem sign us up Ok Now you will get an email in 2 weeks  No email Called again  Oh There is no promotion Sigh Argued again Oh We found it Because it was expired we didnt see it Ok You will get an email in 2 weeks No email Called again Was told it will be another 2 weeks Just called again Oh Escalations denied it saying it was a December promotion we don’t qualify What Verizon We have  been with you over 20 years Make this right We held up our end Or do we need to cancel and go elsewhere to be treated fairly

You need to contact attorney general also contact the fcc i even went to the verizon store to make sure I wasn't  excluded from offer.
