I received the Xbox bundle promotion tgat included a $50 Xbox egift card. I have not received the egift card. How do I redeem it?

The Egift card would be sent to your email that was provided. Have you checked both the inbox and spam folder for the gift card?

Have you gotten it yet? I haven't gotten mine. Customer service said that I'll get it when I get the controller and headset in the mail but I highly doubt that because it's an egift card code that's supposed to be sent to your email. But I haven't gotten it.
