The worst and frustating experience ever, I bougth home Internet plus in a physical store in Miami 9971 W Flagler, the guy put me the wrong plan, I went to the store many times to resolve this and the manager says in loud voice "we try to call like 4 times" like upset, thinking that I dont know english, then in customer service they say that I have to put a correction, I wait to december 26 since november 25, then I call today and they say that I have to wait 50 days to redeem my Xbox, I have to cancel the plus plan and leave in basic for my mental health, you are all incompetent
