I switched from ATT to Verizon because I was promised a free Xbox, $200 Amazon Gift Card, and a $100 Verizon Card, I have not received a single redemption email like they promised, nor a redemption notification in my app. When I call and chat with an agent, they are now telling me that I only qualified for $100 Verizon Gift Card and it takes up to 60 days to receive. Thatโs a bunch of garbage because even now they are offering a free Xbox Series X. I feel like I. I even received a confirmation email after I ordered it and it promised all the promotional items.
