I purchased the 5g home plus internet on 11/20/2024 in store and received the free netflix/hbo. I saw an offer when I went on my account the next day that wasn't mentioned in store so I called and spoke with the store Verizon rep who sold me the device and he said I would still qualify for that offer. I also inquired about the Xbox s, Xbox headphone/giftcard, and netflix/HBO offer today online to double check if I would qualify and the rep told me that Verizon would honor the offer. He mentioned something about a purchase protection policy verizon offers and that I can contact them via phone to make sure they apply it. He gave me a phone number but the chat window closed and I lost it. Who do I contact or how do i find out if the purchase I made on 11/20 for 5g home plus internet would qualify for the Xbox, with the giftcard and headphones, and the netflix/HBO.
