I purchased the 5g home plus internet on 11/20/2024 in store and received the free netflix/hbo. I saw an offer when I went on my account the next day that wasn't mentioned in store so I called and spoke with the store Verizon rep who sold me the device and he said I would still qualify for that offer. I also inquired about the Xbox s, Xbox headphone/giftcard, and netflix/HBO offer today online to double check if I would qualify and the rep told me that Verizon would honor the offer. He mentioned something about a purchase protection policy verizon offers and that I can contact them via phone to make sure they apply it. He gave me a phone number but the chat window closed and I lost it. Who do I contact or how do i find out if the purchase I made on 11/20 for 5g home plus internet would qualify for the Xbox, with the giftcard and headphones, and the netflix/HBO.

I started the Verizon Home Internet account yesterday, and I was only able to redeem 1 of the 2 bundles (the Netflix/Max one). I have been under the impression that I would receive both that and the Xbox bundle holiday deal but I cannot find how to do this. Help please!!

It’s crazy how prevalent these issues with promos are, whether it is a trade in or some extra promo like Xbox series S/XBOX gaming bundle. I spent two months providing proof of promo eligibility and messages with in store rep before mine got semi resolved. Now I’m sitting here waiting for something to ship on day 5 when they claimed I would receive it in 48 hours

Hey there, Cm35782, the most recent Xbox offer for wireless ended December 2. Historically, this has been an offer running during the holiday season.

To all: I know this is an older thread, so apologies in advance if you got your situation resolved. If it hasn't, one of the things which isn't all that obvious is discounts and promotions cannot be combined. I'm getting the impression from some of the earlier posts that it was an either/or situation; you can't have both.
If you have not gotten anything on any promotion being offered when you first signed up, that's another story and something you need to keep leaning on Verizon to fix.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
