It's looking like I am not the only one who has been struggling with getting the Xbox S promotion redeemed. I received the email on the 18th to redeem and have yet to see a tile in my account to click or a helpful support conversation with a resolution. So, I was wondering if any of you have had success in getting your Xbox S and ultimately how you were successful? So sad I won't be able to give to my son for Christmas.
