It's looking like I am not the only one who has been struggling with getting the Xbox S promotion redeemed. I received the email on the 18th to redeem and have yet to see a tile in my account to click or a helpful support conversation with a resolution. So, I was wondering if any of you have had success in getting your Xbox S and ultimately how you were successful? So sad I won't be able to give to my son for Christmas.

Order was placed on 11/30 and installed on 12/3.
I had to wait until two weeks after my installation date before I was able to redeem the offer through the app. Then I was told it takes up to 10 working days before it will ship out. I was able to redeem my offer on Christmas Eve and I still have not received an email that it has shipped.
