Xbox Series S and Promo Gift Card Not Received

Did anyone successfully receive an Xbox Series S and promo gift card after signing up for Verizon in late 2024? I redeemed these promotions online, they are marked as redeemed on my account, but I haven't received anything.  I called and talked to customer service today and they told me that their system shows that I never redeemed the promos even though I can log in and see the exact opposite and the redemption date in my account. Then they said they would look into the issue and call me next week but I feel like this is about to be a game of phone tag and me wasting hours trying to track down this rug pull of a promo. Is anyone else having this issue?
