I recently started a new Fios service. The representative I was speaking with kept selling me on the 1Gig plan. He promised that
"Once the service is installed at my address, please contact us back to get the below things added to your order:
Xbox X series
$10 discount on the bill
Tech installation fee waive off
However, I contacted verizon several times after the installation of the service, I have only got the the tech installation fee waived. There is no Xbox X series or $10 discount. Just today I contacted a representative again, I was told I was falsely misinformed. OMG I really cannot believe this. Does Verizon use Xbox and discount to bait customers to get their the most expensive product?
verizon just put a Xbox Series S in my account today. But that is not Xbox Series X!
Could some one please help me?
