Xbox and accessories bundle promotion

I recently signed up for the 5G Home internet which was to get a promotion for a free Xbox  and accessories bundle after activation. It has been active for a few weeks but I have not received an email or any way to get the items on MyVerizon. What do I need to do?

Hi andymadonna1, Try following these steps: 
1. Sign in to My Verizon.
2. Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3. Click on Get Xbox Series X on us redemption tile under "Make the Most of Your Plans". From there, you will be taken to the page to redeem the Xbox Series X.
4. Do the following under the Xbox Series X console redemption tile: 1) Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box. 2) Click Select. From there, you will be taken to the Cart with the Xbox Series X console with the promotion applied and the price of the Xbox Series X console is shown.
5. Select Shipping information. Note: Delivery of the promotional device may take up to 6 weeks. 
6. Submit order.

I had the exact same issue from Black Friday. They ended up crediting account $50 after two months of chats and phone calls. And claiming that I would receive XBOX/controller/console within 48 hours. It still hasn’t shipped 4 days later. Seeing some posters state shipping takes at least 3-6 weeks. Pretty crazy

Did you ever get this figured out? I've been having so much trouble getting this redeemed. I too, never received the email to redeem it. Last month I tried, through chat to get it, everything was fine but they didn't put my apartment number on the address, so it screwed everything up. It took me 2-3 days of chats and phone calls, just for them to say they cancelled the order and I would have to wait till they receive it back, to order it again so I didn't have to pay $400. It's been horrible. It takes almost 2 hours just to get my information and account verified in chat, just got chat to time out, and be transferred to a new person. I'm over this whole Xbox thing. Lol. Did you get yours??
