Xbox bundle promo

I signed up for 5G internet on December 1, 2024 and qualified for the Xbox bundle. I received the console, the headset, and the controller. I did not receive the $50 gift card. I don't know what department to contact to find out where it is, so I am posting here in hopes of getting some direction.

here are the steps for the Xbox Gaming bundle:

1	The customer receives the Ready to Redeem email 14 days after service activation.
2	The customer clicks the link in the email and logs in to My Verizon.
3	The Xbox Gaming Bundle tile appears under Make the most of your plans.
4	The customer clicks the tile, clicks Claim Offer, and accepts the terms & conditions. Result: The customer is directed to the Verizon Accessory Store. The headset and controller are auto-added to the cart and grayed out.
5	The customer completes checkout on the Verizon Accessory Store to complete redemption of the order.

Yes, I did all of that, and received everything except the gift card.

Your bundle includes an actual Xbox? Mine shows only for headphones and a controller

That was confusing for me, too . I was disappointed at first Because it only let me claim the controller and headphones. I went back in a few days later, and the xbox was there to claim. Had I not gone back in and checked, I would have missed the window to claim it. I would never have even known.

I too signed up for this offer, honestly it is the only reason I switched to Verizon and ordered the fastest internet possible. (I really didn’t “need” it. I see only the headset, and controller, which it is not allowing me to claim. I did however have no issue claiming the 50 dollar gift card. Where did this offer go?

I purchased the home WiFi 11/30/24 and still haven’t gotten the Xbox bundle yet or an email about it. Called cs and they said something about 90 days after activation I would get an email. Is this correct?

I have been trying to redeem my xbox gaming bundle since ce the 13th, it said it was out of stock & to contact customer service which i did and was told to call back on the 19th and it would be available then. When I called back I got the run around about the accessories and was then told that my bundle didn't include the console which is not correct, when I signed up it was for the s series console , controller & headset & gift card. Not honoring gaming promotions is no way to keep customers

The same thing happened to me. I was recommended to upgrade to a faster internet to get the Xbox promo and never received the console. Without the council it is not worth the hassle or having accessories.

I'm having the same issues on the phone right now with verizon they now telling me that it wasn't included that there wasn't any $200 included after so many people told me yes the agents now its no im not suppose to smh this has been a horrible experience and I have had so many issues with this company
