I signed up for 5G internet on December 1, 2024 and qualified for the Xbox bundle. I received the console, the headset, and the controller. I did not receive the $50 gift card. I don't know what department to contact to find out where it is, so I am posting here in hopes of getting some direction.

here are the steps for the Xbox Gaming bundle:
| 1 | The customer receives the Ready to Redeem email 14 days after service activation. |
| 2 | The customer clicks the link in the email and logs in to My Verizon. |
| 3 | The Xbox Gaming Bundle tile appears under Make the most of your plans. |
| 4 |
The customer clicks the tile, clicks Claim Offer, and accepts the terms & conditions. Result: The customer is directed to the Verizon Accessory Store. The headset and controller are auto-added to the cart and grayed out. |
| 5 | The customer completes checkout on the Verizon Accessory Store to complete redemption of the order. |

I was only able to click on the headset and controller. There was no console option.

The same thing happened to me. I was recommended to upgrade to a faster internet to get the Xbox promo and never received the console. Without the council it is not worth the hassle or having accessories.

No email but the tile was there and I clicked and it o ly offered the headset and controller.

I purchased the home WiFi 11/30/24 and still haven’t gotten the Xbox bundle yet or an email about it. Called cs and they said something about 90 days after activation I would get an email. Is this correct?

Hello Josh,
I am not sure where to view this private message, as I still do not see anything on my end. I could be missing it, and if so I apologize. I was told my a gentleman (Eduardo) that A. there is an email address to contact the promotion team and I could find it on the website and B. The person who sold me the service with the bundle was most likely lying. I am going to believe that is not the case and ask Verizon to fix this by sending me the Xbox Console like I was told. It is the right thing to do. Is there an email you can give me in order to remedy this ASAP?
I also find it odd that I cannot click on the feedback tab on the page directly before this one. All the other tabs work, but that one. Hmmmm, seems strange…
