I signed up for 5G internet on December 2024 and qualified for the Xbox bundle. I received the rebate, but but not the headset, and the controller. Or the $50 gift carI don't know what department to contact to find out where it is, so I am posting here in hopes of getting some direction.
We are sorry to read that you are having issues redeeming the promotion. In this case, you can redeem it by going to the "Make the most out of your plan" tile on your My Verizon app, from here you will be able to redeem it.
