I ordered home internet online and was eligible for all the promos for getting the highest internet. Spoke to three representatives and no one will answer my questions. I also asked to speak to a supervisor and got the phone hung up on me all three times. I have not recieved not one promo. This is terrible business for Verizon. It needs to be fixed.

I purchased the internet on December 8th but didn't pick it up til the 10th of December 2023. I tried to redeem the first thing which is the Amazon gc online several times and never gets completed. Then I call to speak to someone they tell me they going to escalate the problem and someone will call me back and never get a call.then I attempt to ask about the Xbox and the last representative told me that I dont qualify for none of the promos. So I am confused because when I did everything online it said I did.
