I signed up for Verizon with the promotion of the Xbox X of $50 Xbox gift card $200, Amazon gift card, a math mifi $100 Verizon gift card at first everything was on my account. I was supposed to redeem the $50 Xbox gift card today January 11, 2024 now when I go check my account the Xbox gift card has disappeared. Iโ€™m not able to redeem the mifi I have talked to people on their chat and no one seems to help. Iโ€™m glad I screenshot that it was on earlier because I needed to show my son that it wasnโ€™t redeemable or theyโ€™re probably trying to say that I wasnโ€™t eligible. It is definitely on my account on my bill that Iโ€™m supposed to have the $50 Xbox gift card along with the other gift cards, can anyone help

Already spoke to account mgmt who transferred me over to customer service.
My $50 Xbox gift card was under pending  since the date we ordered, 12/26.
Able to redeem 1/27, never moved under "ready to redeem", so contacted CS.
They sent an email with link - to nothing!
Last week, Verizon says it's no longer on our account, and they offered an appeasement of yet another $50 Verizon gift card.  (We already have 2 coming in March - can't WAIT to deal with Verizon for those!)  
I refused the appeasement so was escalated somewhere else.
Seems to me like a bait & switch scenario, or a breach of contract.
I really miss our old cable company.  NEVER had any trouble with them.
Lost count of all the contacts with CS I've made to Verizon since 12/26.
At least 2 dozen.   Went through this with redeeming both the Amazon gift card AND the Xbox as well, but eventually received both.
Tired of wasting my time & energy on them, and that is what I think they WANT their customers to do - give UP trying to redeem promised in writing offers!
Such a JOKE.  REALLY hope Verizon comes through, on hold now waiting.

ADDING:   NOW CS says that the Xbox card is not ready to redeem until February 26th!  After 65 days.
It WAS redeemable on January 27th.  

WHAT'S UP, VERIZON???    I'm tired of this runaround!  You offer, you take away.  IN WRITING, nonetheless!

Let's start by confirming are we working with Verizon FIOS or Verizon Wireless home internet? From what you described in detail, you have spoken with cCustomer Service and escalation was or was not submitted for the Verizon Gift Card?

Deb, Sorry, only seeing this just now.
Honestly, I haven't a clue what is going on.
I'm waiting until the 26th to see if the XBox card is there or not.
What I want to know is WHY was it there under my pending offers dated 1/27 since December 5th, then January 27th came & went, still under pending on the 28th...next day it was gone?
I was told by the last person I spoke with that "Of course it won't be under pending offers because you're not able to redeem it until February 26th".
SO WHY was it there once already?
And if something won't be under my pending offers early, then WHY are these two Verizon gift cards showing up, unable to redeem until MARCH?
WHERE did the XBox card go?
NOBODY can answer that question and this is what is so frustrating about my current experience with Verizon.

Hey mrschaelz,

Any resolution on this? I just had this happen to me today. I had wasn't able to redeem the xbox gift card all day, got an email at around 5:30pm and when I went to check the items were gone from my pending offers or the ready to redeem offers.

They told me that they were going to send me the code in 24hrs and it has almost been 3 days

Hey xChrisv. I have Fios and it just took an extra day to redeem. I would wait another 24 hours and see. Also I realized later the gift card doesnโ€™t disappear after your redeem date it just becomes active so you can redeem it within a few days. The system takes a little longer to update for some reason but it should work. If not I would reach out to support.

It happened to me too.  Where's my Xbox gift card?  I redeemed it today and now its gone from my page as if I never had it.  Not in the history or any trace of it, not even an email confirmation.  What kind of false advertising is this?
