When I seen the deal, I had talked to someone on the live chat to see if I could get the deal even though I was already an existing 5G home customer for over a year. They said no, but said I could cancel my current one and order the 5G home plus. I kept asking over and over to get reassured that it was going to be the online deal for all 3 and not just the ones that were one or the other. They reassured me over and over that was the correct one. They put the order through for the 5G home plus to my local store, went and picked it up and got home and set it up. Canceled and unplugged the 5G home I had so I can send it back. Next day, I got the tile on the MyVerizon app to redeem the $200 Amazon GC, and received the email today with the card. Still nothing about the Xbox nor the Verizon card. For the last couple days been given the run around over and over by Verizon over live chat and over the phone and keep getting told either that the deal is either or and then some Verizon live agents were saying that I have gotten the correct deal. So now I don’t know what deal I was even given especially because there’s no way they told me that I could get 100% confirmation in like an email that I was for sure getting the deal I wanted. But I’m so afraid they’re just lying and that the only one I got was the Amazon GC. Especially since I know people who were able to redeem the Xbox and all that immediately after activation. Can someone please help me and figure out why the heck I’m not getting any “tile” or email to redeem the Xbox nor the Verizon GC. Only canceled and reordered the internet purely just for the Xbox. I have never had such problems with any other company then I have currently with this issue. Why offer deals if you won’t honor them. I am so frustrated and irritated and fed up with the run arounds from Verizon between going into the store, live chat and phone calls.

I just set up my Internet today and it works, but I can't redeem the Xbox offer in the app. I did receive an email that said I qualified for it, but the email just links to the app and tells me to click an option that isn't there.

I just had my service installed last Friday 12/15 I ordered the 1gig plan and I'm not getting any information on how to redeem the Xbox. Customer service keeps telling me that promo ended- why is it still on the website then. I took a screenshot of the bill on day of install and Xbox was on there. I don't understand. Should I cancel and reorder.

Unfortunately I’m in the same situation. Purchased 5g home equipment via in store pickup and activated and am using it. I have not received any of the 3 offers in the my Verizon app even though it mentions them in the sales receipt email. @vzw_customer_support please help!

I am having the same issue, its been a month now and i still have not recieved a email to redeem my xbox or amazon offer. I would also appreciate you helping me figure out why I have not received the emails to claim my Xbox and Amazon GC. I need this resolved soon or I will just cancel and reach out to the BBB myself to get this resolved. Customer says they will escalate but have been no help.

I’m having the same issue. Our email says we qualify for Xbox series x, $100 Verizon gift card and our choice of $200 Amazon gift card or amazon echo. No option to complete the deal in our app or online account.

After wasting hours on the phone / chat after being messaged on here from Verizon support they now say they have noted it on my account and I’ll expect an email in 5 days. They said the Xbox may take 6 weeks to arrive now. I’m done recommending Verizon to friends and family with how much effort is required to get these savings. I’m paying $20 now per month for 5G Home plus than expected and still don’t have confidence in the free perks.

Hi I bought service on 11/30 and I haven't seen an email to register for this or a tile in the app at all. Suppose to waiting on a whole bunch of reply emails. I understand it may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to get I just want to register before my 60 days is up. I feel blown off because i haven't got any reply emails and stopped getting even promotional emails from y'all . I just need to know what I need to do

Using the below steps for the Gift Card and Xbox, can you let us know what happens when you attempt to complete those steps?
1 Sign in to My Verizon.
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Xbox Series S redemption tile under "Make the Most of Your Plans".
Result: The customer is taken to the page to redeem the Xbox Series S.
4 Do the following under the Xbox Series S console redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is taken to the Cart with the Xbox Series S console with the promotion applied and the price of the Xbox Series S console is shown.
5 Select Shipping information.
6 Submit order.
1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.
Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.
4 Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.

I've invested a total of about 7 hours into trying to redeem the Xbox that the Verizon salesman told me I was going to get. I've made several phone calls, chatted online, and even went into the store. If they're not blaming each other, they're giving me the runaround on "what's going to happen" or what i "need to do" to qualify, etc. I set my home internet up on the 21st of December and 2 days later I got a receipt for the XBOX with a "tracking" option. I click on it and it just gave me links to the router I already received and the extender. I could've bought my own XBOX by now with the time I have invested into this. I've been with you guys for over 10 years and always paid my bills on time and even got a couple family members to go with you and this is how you treat us? this is crazy...
