Xbox series s and gaming bundle

I have yet to receive my Xbox or the gaming bundle but, the Xbox is saying it was delivered. the gaming bundle says it was delivered on one link and on another it says its packaged and ready to ship! I’ve reached out to support and have gotten nothing back and it’s extremely frustrating!

Hello, Kenny-94, we know how important it is to make sure you receive your offer! To make sure we're on the same page, were you able to claim the offer for the Xbox and Xbox bundle? If so, are you using a tracking number and that's where you're seeing it has been delivered?

I’m having the exact same issue. Tracking says it was shipped but is “stuck” in delivery. I also have not received my $200 Verizon gift card. It does feel sketchy to the end user.
