Xbox series s or x or Samsung Chromebook

I was told I would be eligible for a Xbox series or Samsung Chromebook when I signed up in September. I was told services had to be active for 90 days and I would get a email. Have not received anything. Tried reaching out to customer support and they were no help. Anyone having the same issue.

5G Home internet and it was back in September
