It's this a continues issue? I'm getting the same thing, it's letting me click on the Xbox to redeem and accept the terms and conditions and leading me to a blank page. I contacted an agent and they game me a number that's not in service in my region.

I ordered the internet package on 12/31 and activated it on 1/7. I have not yet received an email to claim the Xbox and Amazon gift card promos.
Typically when are those directions provided?

tamlynn1218, typically those offers are available for redemption after activation has completed. From the My Verizon account page, do you see any tiles for redemption listed under the "Make the Most of Your Plans" section?

Switch to Verizon to receive Xbox series X, $200 Amazon gift card, and $50 Xbox gift card. None are in my app to redeem and customer support is 0 help. I am feeling ripped off and deceived. Any help is appreciated

There is a new promotion today when you sign up for 5G internet. Verizon now is offering Xbox Series X and $200 Amazon GC. This sounds like a great deal but there is an on going thread right now about all the members who signed up for the recent Xbox Series S promotion and have not gotten anything on how to claim for the items.
I have made 4 phone calls to Verizon customer service/promotional team but all don't even know what to do. They kept transferring me to different department who all claimed they don't know how to access the promotion. Trust me, it such a headache and waste of time. I have a job and a family and it's not worth staying on the phone hours on end trying to get the Xbox and a simple gift card.
I was thinking about signing my parent's home to Verizon 5G internet today and Verizon has left a really bad impression on me.

I opened this account with a supervisor. The supervisor misled me by offering me a free Xbox with the most expensive home internet/phone bundle available. Once I received the contract I went over the details and informed the supervisor that the Xbox was not included. The supervisor reassured me that it would automatically be included. I called again to speak with a supervisor. They told me that they would search for the recording and fire the employee if they lied but I would not receive the Xbox.

To qualify you need to have the plus plan, once you activate your device, you download the Verizon app, and go to the account tab, scroll down to the “make the most of your plan” section and under it will say to claim your Xbox and gift card.

I literally got the 5g home plus plan I’m paying 55 due to having 6 lines open normally 80 a month. Got an email regarding the redeem Xbox offer but upon going on my Verizon app. Under the tile make the most of your plan. There is no promotions about an Xbox series X on us. My 5G home services are activated and I’m already using it. Does it take awhile to show up on there?

The supervisor misled me into accepting offer by claiming I would automatically receive promotion. I did not receive the offer. I spoke to two other supervisors after this happened but nobody could find an acceptable resolution. Very disappointed so I’ll be moving services to elsewhere.

I never received my Xbox either. I placed the order, received the email confirmation, but after that no updates on shipment or tracking number. I spoke to Verizon representatives and every time is a different answer but never a solution. I never thought that Verizon would treat me so poorly. I’ve been a great customer for almost 8 years now. I still wait for the solution, because I switched my home internet based on the offer and I want what was promised.

Gaia1111, we appreciate you've been with us those eight years. That's actually the same amount of time I've been working for VZ as well, funny enough. I'm sorry you've gotten some mixed messages with the timeline on getting your Xbox. After redeeming the offer, which it sounds that you did, it may take up to 6-weeks for the Xbox to arrive. It was a popular promo, and we are working with Microsoft, to get those fulfilled. I appreciate your pateince, and for sure anyone who qualified for the promotion will be able to receive it.
