unable to claim raybans

I switched over May 2025 and was told that as part of the promotion we would receive one pair of Ray ban Metas on my Verizon app it appeared as able to redeem 06/23/2025 so I waited on June 23 I logged in and I couldn't redeem it it shoed on the app but couldn't redeem it. I called customer service they told me to wait a few hours to appear or receive email so I did.  I tried to redeem later that day and nothing it still would not let me redeem. The next day I tried again and now the offer was gone from my app it didn't show I called customer service and was transferred several times until I was hung up on with no resolution. I am very disappointed I don't like being lied to I have been on the phone by text with customer service which transferred me as well and still no resolution. I was with T-Mobile for over 20 years and now im begging to think I made a big mistake by switching If they lied to us about something like that what other lies will come up now that we signed with them. I am very wary of companies like this
