I am trying to connect security cameras that are 2.4 ghz to 5G home internet.  How can this be achieved?

My suggestion is that you login to your router (Since you didn't provide your router model, http://mynetworksettings.com/ usually works) and then put in your router password from the bottom of the base.

Once there, set up an IoT 2.4GHz wireless network and set up a wifi password.

Connect your device to said network.

Be more specific what the issue is beyond such.

I spent a couple hours with our cameras also. I also got help from Verizon chatting about it. No thing has worked. We have 2 different types and "neither" on will not hook up. Oh, and yes 2.4g is "enabled when logged into our router.

I am having the same issue.  We had a "disruption " that blew out our cameras.  Verizon said they didn't see a disruption but it was cited under my Verizon.   Now all my cameras (4 different brands) do not see the internet.  They worked fine before the "disruption " that "didn't occur".  My house now has no cameras, what was this "disruption " Verizon!!!

We absolutely want to help make sure your devices are able to connect. We will be sending over a private note so we can get additional details on your cameras.
