I started my 5G home internet with Verizon on May 1st 2024 during their promo for a $200.00 Target Gift Card or a free tablet. I was told that after 60 days of service I would get an email to get the $200.00Target gift card, and it is now been 63 days since I started service and still have not received an email for a promo cade to enter for my gift card? I do not want to miss the deadline for this promo and have not been able to speak to a person when I call and it does not matter what button I push...I still cannot get a real live talking person. I am so frustrated with the customer service. What do I need to do? #promotions

This offer is available after completing 65 days of active eligible service and then customers have 60 days to complete the redemption process. Once the 65 days has been completed. Please follow the steps below to complete the redemption process and let us know if you have any issues.
1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.

Click on Your Home Offer is ready. Redeem by XX.XX.
Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose the $200 Target GiftCard or the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go.
4 Select the $200 Target GiftCard offer.

Do the following under the $200 Target GiftCard redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.

Follow instructions to complete the order.
Note: Customers must verify their email address.

There is no Your Home Offer is Ready to click on. I have had Verizon internet since March. I have been told tickets were created and I would have an email within a week, still nothing.

Iโm having the same issue. We should all get our information together and submit a complaint to the attorney generals office for false advertising. They are making this extremely difficult hoping at least 50% of us just give up. What a horrible company. I have been with them for 12 years and added home to my package and was really looking forward to the $200 gift card for my kids back to school and the company has not been helpful at all

I have called several times, told a "ticket" was created and I would get an email on how to get the gift. Still nothing and I began service in March.
