$200 Amazon Gift Card Redemption

I have recently signed up for the 5g Internet plan where it came with an Xbox and a choice between an echo dot and $200 Amazon gift card.

I chose the $200 gift card and got an email to redeem the gift card. When i clicked to redeem, it did not redirect me to the website. Now it is saying I have already redeem it although it did not even take me to any website.

The same thing happened to me and I put in my email address and got nothing- no gift card no way to find out where it is
