$200 Amazon Gift Card and Xbox Promotion

Signed up on 12/29. Received the email and registered for the Xbox within 24 hours. Received the email for the gift card on 1/4 but the link didn't work. I've since chatted 3 times and called 2 times. Each time I'm told to wait 72 hours, 5 days and then 7 days. Today was the worst. I'm now told it'll take 4 to 6 weeks to receive an email. The only confirmation I received was a text that the representative typed herself. Not sure what to think anymore.

We're sorry for the issues you're encountering with the promotions. Here are some steps you should take for the Xbox promotion.

1. Sign in to My Verizon (make sure you do this on the website not the app).

2. Navigate to the My Verizon account page.

3. Click on Get Xbox Series X on us redemption tile under "Make the Most of Your Plans".

Result: The customer is taken to the page to redeem the Xbox Series X.

4. Do the following under the Xbox Series X console redemption tile:

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.

Click Select.

Result: You are taken to the Cart with the Xbox Series X console with the promotion applied and the price of the Xbox Series X console is shown..
5. Select Shipping information.
Note: Delivery of the promotional device may take up to 6 weeks. Advise customers that paying for expedited shipping will not decrease this shipping time frame.

6. Submit order.

1. Sign in to My Verizon (make sure you do this on the website not the app).
2. Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3. Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.

Result: You will be taken to an interstitial page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.

4. Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.

Result: You are directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.
5. Follow instructions to complete the order.

There is no tile on my account to claim the gift card. The email link also doesn't work. My problem is that there's no where to claim the gift card.
