I installed my home internet on 01/12/2024 and was wondering how long it would take before I received any information about the $200 Amazon gift card? I can’t find any info in the Verizon app and haven’t received an email about it.

We want to make sure that you get your offers. You should have gotten an email when the offers are ready to be redeemed. Have you checked your spam folder? ~Peter

I have and I’ve received nothing yet via email or in the app. Is there a timeline of when that should happen?

adm0801, we want to ensure that you get all of your eligible promotional offers. After activation of your new home internet service the offer is expected to be made available to you. Can you try the steps listed below and let us know if that process is successful? 

 

1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us and select the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.

Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card. 

4 Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.

5 Follow instructions to complete the order.

Note: Customers must verify email address

There isn’t a tile to redeem and I haven’t received an email (I checked my spam folder too). How long does it usually take for the tile to become available?
