$200 Gift Card Target rebate & SWITCH Promo

I have been monitoring my account on the Verizon website following the start of my Home Internet service in the beginning of March. Two days ago, und the section "Make the most out of your Plan" there was the option to Redeem the two Promos available, but it indicated that the ability to redeem was not available until 5/9/24.
I logged on this morning to initiate the redemption process, and now those links are no longer available.
I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service, they said that my Promotion just got started and shows a status of "pending". I don't see this anywhere on my account. When I try to follow the steps indicated on the email that I asked the representative to send, those pathways do not exist.
How do I obtain the promo code or initiate the redemption process for this offer

If you're having problems redeeming in the app or website, there is alternate redemption path you can take by going to https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/ Enter your purchase date and the promo code FWTAGC200 to redeem your gift card.
For that Switch Promo, was that a promotion offering you an additional gift card for porting from another company? Please provide us a bit more info about that promotion so we can help with that one as well.

My apologies, I didn't describe this well... what I mean by "Switch" is that it was the Nintendo Switch promo, not switching from from a different provider. When I initiated the 5G Home Internet service, I was offered 2 promos, one was for a Nintendo Switch, and the second was the option between a $200 gift card or a Chromebook.
Thank you for providing the promo code for the Target gift Card. How do I go about redeeming the Nintendo Switch? Is there a promo code for that as well?

I have been at Verizon office 3 times a d that's where I currently am. I have been here for 2 hours and the Rep has been on the phone with "Kyle" who is not allowed to state where he is located. He can not escalate the issue and he cannot get a supervisor because in his words only tell me the same thing. Wow! REALLY? This is most unhelpful and insulting. Think it might be time for me to escalate this on my own with Hans Vestberg in New Jersey. He needs to understand how damaging this is for the Verizon Target relationship.

That is what I get as well. It is so horrible to be taken advantage of by a billion dollar corporation. Shame. Verizon is obviously aware of this ISSUE . THE REAL QUESTION IS , WHY DONT THEY CORRECT THE KNOWN PROBLEM OR FIX IT? HONOR YOUR PROMOTIONS! I WILL NEVER ENGAGE IN ANOTHER ONE !!

4 going on 5 weeks. You have 1 more week before I cancel everything. I signed up for this junk internet I better get my target gift card. Itโs only been what now 2-3 mos fighting this? No target gift card yet, first wait 5-7 days than again wait 5-7 days and so on and so on. Than wait 4-6 weeks. Well time is almost up. I will cancel this garbage along with my phones because Iโm that petty. This has been since May.

I have spent 6 hours one entire Saturday on this rebate. I have a tracking number I submitted in the time frame. I have sat at the Verixon office 3 times AND NOTHING. THIS "REBATE" for a 200 dollar Target gift card has an internal error that Verizon is not willing to address. As a 24 year customer of Verizon I am very disappointed and disgusted with the amount if time I have had to use to get what the company promised. It appears to be untrue by virtue of the fact they are not correcting the error on Verizons part or Target.

Everyone has problems receiving there promotions as promised I was supposed to have got $200 gift card per line I switched I add 3 lines only got 2 of them this was back in may I have had there internet for awhile so in June when I called Verizon about the gift card and the fact they overcharged me he credited my account for the over charging but nothing on the gift card he told me if I upgraded my internet I would receive a Nintendo switch and a $100 gift card well since then I have called every month numerous times a month for the fact the keep over charging me then when the give me a credit they charge me for it or take away my discounts I receive to where they really donโt give u a credit they just tell u what u wanna hear to get u off the phone every rep I have talked to including 2 supervisor all tell me the SAME THING THEY ARE VERY SORRY IM GOING THROUGH THIS THEY WILL PUT IN THE TICKETS FOR ALL MY PROMOS EVEN BEEN TOLD ON A FEW OCCASIONS THEY HAVE ESCALATED THE TICKETS BUT HERE IT IS MIDDLE OF OCTOBER AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING THEY KEEP PROMISING ME NOT TO MENTION ALL THE OVERCHARGING NOTHING I HAVE DONE HAS WORKED I THOUGHT AT&T WAS BAD SO I SWITCHED BUT MAN WAS I WRONG I SHOULD HAVE NEVER SWITCHED IVE HAD MORE PROBLEMS BEING A VERIZON CUSTOMER THEN I EVER DID WITH AT$T

Iโm experiencing the same issue I switched four lines and received a pop-up that I was eligible for a $200 rebate per line. I have screenshots from a customer service rep, who said that yes it would be applied to my account because when I checked out, I never did see the rebate offer for me to complete. Later I had to call because the rebate offer was impossible for me to find they had me submitted using a switcher code 2024 something like that. I kept checking back in on the status and it kept saying pending well past the dates where it was supposed to be complete. I eventually called several times they had me reapply which was immediately invalidated because it was a duplicate. Now itโs December, and after contacting them numerous times I was told that the rebate code I had entered was not valid for the dates I purchased the phones! How does that happen when I received a pop-up in my cart about the $200 rebate per phone? Theyโve sent me to a e-gift card site, which doesnโt handle rebates. Iโm hoping I can cancel my lines by contacting the better business bureau.
