I have been monitoring my account on the Verizon website following the start of my Home Internet service in the beginning of March. Two days ago, und the section "Make the most out of your Plan" there was the option to Redeem the two Promos available, but it indicated that the ability to redeem was not available until 5/9/24.
I logged on this morning to initiate the redemption process, and now those links are no longer available.
I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service, they said that my Promotion just got started and shows a status of "pending". I don't see this anywhere on my account. When I try to follow the steps indicated on the email that I asked the representative to send, those pathways do not exist.
How do I obtain the promo code or initiate the redemption process for this offer
