$200 Home Depot Gift Card Still Nowhere To Be Seen

We signed up for 5G Internet last summer (2024) and chose the Home Depot Gift Card promo being advertised at the time. Since then we have made atleast 6 visits to two separate stores nearby, made countless phone calls and have been told repeatedly that we would receive an email in 5-7 days, over and over and over again. There is still no email and no gift card and I'm wondering if it was even a legitimate offer at this point. Also, why would it take that many days to receive an email in 2024/25??!! Give me a break. This has been a ridiculous process trying to accomplish something that should be so simple.

We want to make sure that you get the help you need, did you ever submit a rebate form for the gift card, do you have any of the tickets or escalations that were submitted.

No I did not submit the rebate form because that is precisely what was never emailed to me all these times that I was told I would receive an email to redeem the gift card. I was also told by a verizon rep at the store that I could access a link on my account to fill out the rebate form but that didn't exist either after searching high and low for it. And that is why I'm on this forum now because I've exhausted all other routes to attempt to get this gift card.
