I REALLY HATE I SWITHCHED OVER CAUSE ALL I'VE EXPERIENCED IS PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM WITH EVERYTHING INCLUDING A HIGH MONTHLY BILL. PLEASE ADVISE ON THE HOLD UP FOR THE PROMISED PROMO'S WHICH AREN'T TOLD YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME WHEN YOU FIRST SIGN UP.

Getting a new Nintendo Switch or a choice of a $200.00 Target Gift card or a Chromebook are great incentives for signing up for our 5G or LTE Home Internet and we want to make the process as smooth as possible. There are a few important points of information for these two promotions that will help clear up any confusion.
There was a known issue with these two promotions where the redemption tile was not showing up properly in the My Verizon website or My Verizon app. This issue has been fixed.
Eligible dates for the 5G Home Plus or LTE Home Plus plan Nintendo Switch promotion are 2/29/24 - 3/31/24.
Eligible dates for the 5G Home Plus or LTE Home Plus $200.00 Target gift card or Chromebook promotion are 2/29/24 - 5/8/24.
There is a 65-day wait period after activation of your 5G Home Plus or LTE Home Plus service for the promo redemption tile to appear on your My Verizon app or the My Verizon website.
You must remain on the 5G Home Plus or LTE Home Plus plans to be eligible for the promotions.
For both promotions, once the 65-day waiting period has passed, you will have 60 days to claim/redeem your promotion. After the 60 days, the promotions are no longer eligible to be redeemed.
To redeem the Nintendo Switch, sign in to My Verizon. Navigate to the My Verizon account page. Click on Get Nintendo Switch, on us redemption tile under "Make the Most of Your Plans". Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box, and click Claim Offer. You’ll be taken to your cart where the discount is applied to the Nintendo Switch and you can input shipping information and submit the order.
To redeem your $200.00 Target gift card or the Chromebook, sign in to My Verizon. Navigate to the My Verizon account page. Click on Your Home Offer is ready. Redeem by XX.XX. Make the choice between the Target gift card or the Chromebook.
- If you choose the Target gift card, review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box and submit under the Target gift card tile. You’ll be taken to the Blackhawk website to complete the order of your gift card.
- If you choose the Chromebook, review the terms and conditions and select Claim Offer. You’ll be taken to the Samsung website to complete the purchase. No discount code is needed.
Troubleshooting steps:
- Customers who previously attempted redemption should clear their cache, relaunch their browser and revisit My Verizon website or the My Verizon App to redeem the reward
- Customers who were sent a code and no longer see a promo tile in My Verizon website or the My Verizon App should use that code to manually redeem the reward

We never want you to have problems with your service or redeeming your gift card.
We want to make sure you're able to redeem your Target gift card without any issues. The offer can be redeemed via your My Verizon app or the My Verizon website under Account Activity & Notifications. It'll ask you to review some information and submit the rebate.
If you're having problems redeeming in the app or website, there is alternate redemption path you can take by going to https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/ Enter your purchase date and the promo code FWTAGC200 to redeem your gift card.
You will receive the gift card within 8 weeks of submission. If you have any problems with the redemption process, please reach out to us and we'll help you as much as possible.

I started my internet plan with you guys march 29 , and it was showing in my app that I was getting a switch then it disappeared, I haven’t gotten any emails from you guys regarding the promotion either

We're sorry for the previous reply. We know that those two promotions are great incentives to switch to 5G Home, and we don't want you to miss out on them. In order to redeem the promotion, you'll need to wait 65 days since the day of activation before the redemption is available to you.

I am wondering the same thing. I have not received an email, text or anything. Clicking on those tiles are useless. Also, Jesse do not reply to me, trying to offer me a $200 gift card over the Nintendo Switch that I was promised. I am not trying to hear that nonsense. Unless you are giving me two $200 gift cards, so I can go to Target and purchase a Nintendo Switch with those gift cards. Along with having enough left over to buy a game and membership with what's left.

Same problem as everyone else. Said we could claim switch and target gift card in May 9. Showed in app everyday until today 5/9. Spent almost an hour on the phone and still don’t have anything. This is ridiculous. Been a customer 18 years, not sure how much longer at this rate.

I've had this exact same problem. No promo code email, even as I waited the 65 days, spoke with multiple representatives, and none of them helped me. One live agent tried to claim I had to pick between the two offers, even though I could prove from my in-store salesperson, the original 5g internet activation email, and multiple news articles that that wasn't true. Another agent made me wait for over an hour as he claimed he would set it up online for me, making me repeatedly wait as he sent me confirmation link authorization requests, only to tell me to sign out and back in again and then disappeared. The subsequent agent told me that there was never a way to help me out and I'd have to call a hotline number, which makes me wonder what that other agent was doing the whole time. Its really making me think Verizon is trying to make this as difficult as possible, and its incredibly frustrating. I feel lied to.

I too have been victom to this to finding out in the end that I never qualified for any promotions.
I signed up for service february 27 in a verizon store I went in to get information about Home Wifi service as I had been shopping around t-mobile offers a similar service. But she got me with the Promos Nintendo switch and my choice of a gift card t($200) or a Samsung galaxy book I said sign me up and ultimately ebnded up switching our phones to verizon as well! I wasn't sure when I would receive the ittems so on April 5 I called in to get info At that time they verified the promotions I was eligable for and said I would be getting an email from verizon on the 65th day (May 2), from my service date . This would officially let me set up and receive my promotions. So I did I waited till day 65 and did not get the email.
SO then I found out the promotions werent being distributed till May 4th spent many hopurs on the phone.... when I called on 4th they said they couldnt help but also noticed I was outside of the dates of eligibility. They then went and spoke to their supervisor and agreed to honor the promotion since it had been promised to me on numerous occasions. so my issue was escalated and I would recieve an email in 5 to 7 busunes days. this was May 4th in May 14th I called to find out what was going on and I was flat out told all of these things were not true and there was nothing that could be done because my escalation was denied due tio Inelidgibility. I was offerd some credits instead and not given the Switch 300$ or the Galaxy Book.. no one wants to make this right!

I have this same problem. Today is my date where I should be able to redeem my Nintendo switch. The tile was in my account up until today. I’ve logged out and back in countless times and it’s disappeared.

I had the same issue. I was able to locate the email that was sent to me when I set up my original order. There was a link there that stated "go to home offers". I clicked that link and everything showed up. This is when I finally got my email that it was time to redeem the offers. Going through that way was easy. I could not do it through the app.

Eebenal, I definitely want you to be able to get any reward that you qualify for from your 5G Home purchase. We did insitute a fix recently for customer's having issues. I highly recommend clearing your cache, prior to signing into My Verizon to claim the reward. If you've not tried that, please do so, then try acessing it again.

May 9th and May 10th. I am also having the same problem redeeming my Nintendo Switch. Applying for the Target gift card went through pretty easily, so 1 step is ok. But when I went to redeem for Nintendo Switch, the shopping cart wouldn't let me process the order, it gave an error message "Something went wrong, pleas try again later." And now, there is no option in my account to redeem for Nintendo Switch, the "tile" is missing. I have received 2 emails about redeeming the promotion. I am passed my 65 days of service. Please help me understand what I need to do. Overall, I have been pretty happy with my home 5G internet service.
