Opened up a new phone line today and also got the 5G home internet. Was also told I’d get a $200 rebate for target. It even shows it on my receipt, however no promotion code is listed. I’m a little worried about how vague the process of getting a gift card rebate. I’ve look up numerous Q&A’s but there is no straight answer. Every representative only seems to send direct messsges to the person asking the question. My question is, how do I find my promotion code? Step by step, cause being told to just go to My Verizon isn’t very clear cut. I’d also prefer a public answer instead of a direct message as there are many people like myself looking for this exact answer.

You can view that number via My Verizon or the My Verizon app. Finally confirm your first and last name. You then submit all that. Once you have a confirmed submission, you should receive the Target gift card via email within 8-weeks of submission.

I apologize for the confusion. I'm not eligible for the $200 gift card but I am for the $50 Target gift card. Can you supply the promo code for that one?

Yes, that is correct. You will likely receive an email notification letting you know your offers are available and you will see the tile in My Verizon to redeem.

mrivera341, let's take a moment to step back and regroup. There have been two different Target gift card promotions. I can make sure we're using the right steps for the one you qualify for, based on when you got your 5G Home. Roughly when did you purchase it?

Thank you for the information. You'll need to wait 65 days before you can redeem the Target gift card promotion. At that point, the tile will show up in your My Verizon app or the website.

Hi this did not work for me it says “Promo Code with the Order/Purchase date can’t be found. Please check your information and try again”. The only reason I got the 5G plan was because of the promotion, I am very disappointed with how difficult Verizon is making it for its customers.

We have to wait 8 weeks for the gift card after we redeem ? After waiting 8 weeks to even redeem the offer I find that completely unacceptable. I was told 24-48 hours after redemption we would have access to use the Target card and the Verizon gift card. I really hope this is not the case.

I was able to redeem the switch part of the promo, but the target gift card option has disappeared. I received an email saying it was available but there's no option on the app or webpage.
We want you to get the promotions you qualify for. To better assist, please tell us a little more. Are you using the account owner profile at My Verizon or an account manager (authorized user)?

We want to make sure you're able to redeem ASAP. There's currently a known issue where the tile to redeem is disappearing for the Target gift card as well as the Nintendo Switch.
