Purchased Home Internet in March and today is the listed day in my account tab that I can redeem either the Nintendo Switch or the "Home Offer" After clicking on both of the tiles, nothing happens and I am only directed to an FAQ screen. After live chat with customer service I'm told it's actually not available today and I need to wait at least another 5 days for the Target Gift Card to be available. It was clearly stated in the offer terms that the offer is available on the day that is listed in my account (which is today) and I have completed the waiting period and today is the day. Verizon please give me my gift card. This is ridiculous.
