$200 Target Gift Card

I actually did get my offer and spent a little in store but now I can't find the link to get that barcode back ANYWHERE. I keep going in circles with customer service and not getting an answer. When I enter my info on the Verizon "Home Offers" section, it says "you've already redeemed your offer, contact us". What's the solution here? It's been a month
