200 Target gift card and nintendo switch

I am eligible to redeem the promo but as many others have posted, I have the tiles in my account BUT it is only for FAQ's about the promo not actually a link to redeem. I have cleared my cashe and tried it on the app as well. I really want to understand how to redeem this. I changed providers because of this promo. If this was all just a ploy to get people to switch, I will not only be dropping my internet but the other 4 cell phone lines I carry as well

That link doesn’t help anything. You can clear caches cookies and still nothing. Very irritating. I feel like I was baired to get to switch carriers and lied to. Not sure I will be keeping Verizon due to pour customer service and the run around I continue to get. I was promised my nintendo would be delivered today (Memorial Day) which I knew better because I wasn’t ever able to redeem the tile and customer service couldn’t help me at all.
