$200 amazon gift card

In December I added internet to my services as there was a $200 amazon gift card spiff for any new subscribers. On I believe April 25th I called to say I have yet to receive an email regarding activating a gift card. I was on the phone for over 40 minutes and they said they put in a request for this to be resolved and involved their manager. They said things were moving along and someone would call me April 29th a Monday to ensure everything was resolved. Guess what? No call. May 7th I called again and spoke to someone for nearly 40 minutes again (who also involved a manager and even merged them on our call) They said they could take $200 off of my bill but I said I didn't want that as I have a family share plan with others and wanted to make sure the $200 went to just myself. Our call had to end as I had to go to a meeting, but the manager assured me she would call me the following day, May 8th. Guess what? No call. I am now talking to a Sonara with customer service and she is telling me my request was denied. Nobody called to tell me this or to resolve my issue. Then I was disconnected from our call. I also had a billing issue in January where they were going to credit me for charging me twice for my internet services in the same month (also consisted of two calls without it ever being resolved- guess what? Never fully credited. I am currently searching for another provider. Anyone else run into these issues?
