We have been customers for 16 years.
In May 2024 we purchased the home internet package. For doing so we had the choice of a $200 dollar Home Depot card or free Nintendo Switch. Having grandchildren we opted for the gaming system.
We were told that in 65 days we'd receive a link to redeem our offer. We got the link it didn't work.
It's now September. 6 CSRs later and we are now told that Verizon has neither offer. Shame on you Verizon.
I'm told now that in a month they "might " get the gaming system if they don't we'll get the Home Depot card..I'm not holding my breath.
