So I’m a little upset. I received the 5g home internet back in February with a promise $200 target gift card. They sent me something I had to fill out in April and sajd I should receive it in 6-8 weeks. After contacting Verizon they informed me that I never received the gift card and they were going to expedite to get it ASAP to where he informed me that I will get it August 27th. On Agustin 28th after not receiving it I talked to another person and he said he sees that they expedited it but it usually takes 6 to 8 weeks. I have screen shots where he said I should receive it on August 27th now their telling me I have to wait another 6 to 8 weeks…so from April I have yet to receive my $200 target gift card. This is so fustrating .
