200 visa card i was promised when we got our 5G internet

  • We got our 5 G home Internet end of October 2023. Never worked. We finally got it to work by December. We did so much trouble shooting  and moving the device in so many locations because your tower is North!!!  It would work for a day. Then it would start to freeze and never start up again! The tech support guys did a test as well as my self to see how strong our reception was here in Maricopa. It turned out that we had barely any reception and that after I paid extra for the 5G+. So the Hassell and trouble shooting and hours of time on the phone they came to the co clusokn that I shojkd not have the Verizon 5G+ because it has such poor reception. I had to pay $29 to have Orbitel reinstalled in my home We have Orbitel out here and works great. All because Verizon said you had this wonderful internet service now in Maricopa!! All this Hassell and yet I don't have my $200 visa card I was promised. Heck with all this terrible service and  inconvenience I've had to endure I should be getting double that! I didn't breaking the commitment. Verizon should have never talked me into the 5G+or wasted my time and energy so I had no choice but to cancel since it did not work I had barely any television for 3 months. Then I was assured that I would get the $200 visa card especially because  the problem  and issues were with  Verizon not I. Really want my

  • PLEASE CHECK YOUR NOTES OF ALL OUR CONVERSATIONS AND YOU WILL DISCOVER WHAT I HAD TO GO THROUGH AND STILL GOING THROUGH ALL THIS NONSENSE THIS SHOULD BE HANDLED AND CUSTOMER SHOULD BE SATISFIED! I FORGOT TO MENTION  THAT I ALSO HAD TO GO TO A UPS STORE TO RETURN YOUR TERRIBLE 5 G.
  • PLEASE JUST STICK FO WIRELESS SERVICE!!! YOUR NOT CUT OUT FOR INTERNET  SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!
