$400 Samsung promotion order cancelled

I have a $400 promo code for Samsung appliances at Home Depot, provided to new 5G home internet customers. I used the promo code to purchase an oven range online at Home Depot, and it applied successfully. However, the order was canceled, and I am now ordering a different Samsung oven.. Since the promo code is a one-time use, I need to cancel the original order and have a new code issued.

Home Depot canceled my order, and now I’m unable to use the provided promo code. As a result, I’ve effectively been unable to benefit from the new Verizon internet promotion. I really wish Verizon’s customer service handled situations like this better.
