Verizon,
For some reason you guys have made it VERY COMPLICATED to use your mobile number on your home internet cloud. I have called in, tried the chat in the My Verizon app, only to become VERY FRUSTRATED. I've been with Verizon for 16 years, this is the most frustrated I've been. Your help is USELESS after being transferred 4-5 times, it's no longer help it's irritating. Then I try to create a special profile just for my 5G home, can't do it. Wants to link back to my original account, then says it can't when I try, then says the new account doesn't exist... why am I paying for all this nonsense & foolishness? Why I stayed with yall this long I've never had to deal with it, until now. Your system should automatically link my cloud with my mobile account, I really shouldn't have to do nothing.. and it shouldn't be this complicated to do it..

Hello, That-dude, we appreciate your loyalty over the last 16 years and want to help ensure your concerns are resolved. To make sure we're on the same page, is your 5G Home active on a separate account from your other wireless services? Are you attempting to create a My Verizon account for your 5G Home or just working with the Verizon Cloud service?

No the 5G is on the same account as the mobile. From the My Verizon app, I see both under my account. The reason I was attempting to create a new My Verizon account just for the 5G, I was thinking I could link the cloud to my cell that way. I'm just trying to gain access to my could on my phone.

Thanks for those details. Form what I understand, you're looking to sign in to My Verizon from your 5G Home because you have the unlimited feature in order to invite your mobile device as a user on that account, correct? Are you able to create an account from this link: https://secure.verizon.com/accessmanager/public/c/reg/start?

I was able to create an account using that link but I can't link the new account to my existing account. I also think I've created multiple accounts using different emails. I was on the phone with tech support for 2 hours, I didn't get ANYWHERE still can't access it. I downloaded the cloud app to my laptop, still can't access it.

No I was never able to connect to my 5G Cloud. Even after I downloaded the app to a laptop, I still could never sign on to it. I gave up, spent 2 hours with Verizon customer support. Once they figure out they can't help you, they transfer you to someone else, who will transfer you again, then eventually they will hang up on you...
