5G Early Termination Fee Relief

Hello,

 

I am trying to submit my early termination fee relief but am unable to do so successfully. The fields in the form were grayed out, and when I clicked submit, I never received a confirmation email. Now, when I return to the webpage, the page must recognize that I tried to submit a form, but it never loads. This happens to me across multiple devices (mobile, PC & Mac) and browsers. Why is it so difficult to interact with Verizon post sales? I need help submitting my $500 early termination fee relief!

You shared that you are experiencing this issue on multiple browsers, can you try clearing cache/cookies and seeing if that makes a difference to allow you to move forward? If not, please let us know so that we can assist you further.

Greetings Andi!

As previously mentioned, this issue occurs on 4 different devices, and 5 different browsers! I tried cleaning my cache and cookies on all of the browsers I use, and I am still unsuccessful! Please help!

Still no help. This is urgent. Last time someone PM'd me and I was able to resolve it there. Can someone please PM me about this issue ASAP?

This is still an issue. Can I please get some actual real support. I received no confirmation email that it's been submitted. I did receive an unclear email saying that it had been rejected, but was provided no reason and no path to remedy the situation.
