5G Home Internet Connectivity Issues

My 5G Home internet has gotten worse in the past few weeks. I find it very disrespectful when I am paying over $350.00 for reliable services; I AM NOT RECEIVING THOSE SERVICES, and when you call to try to get help to troubleshoot or solve my issues, the Verizon agents simply ignore your request or lie to you about fixing the problem. Last week, on the chat line, I had a rep. CJ whom ended my chat because I would not buy his iPhone 15 promo WHEN I was specifically calling to troubleshoot my 5G Home internet service. Before this, I had communicated with a Rona, whom had assured that my router was NO GOOD, and that she would send me a new router. The was not the case; SHE LIED, because when I reached out to Verizon again, there no order placed in the system. Four weeks later and over 10 attempts, I finally received the new router. At this point, I am debating whether to keep Verizon services, simply because their services and support has gotten clumsier by the minutes. I have said and I say it again: I find it UNFAIR and very DISRESPECTFUL to any customer to be paying for services that your are NOT being rendered. I will have to reach out to a better competitor.
