I recently set up my Verizon 5G Home Internet Service and on my app, I was shown two offers. One was for choosing an Amazon Show device or a $200 Amazon Gift Card (this is what I'm hoping to redeem. I also was offered an Xbox Series S on Verizon, but I am unable to claim either. One gives me an error and the other is greyed out and doesn't even give me an option to select. I have seen many others with this issue and I'm hoping for a solution or at the bare minimum an explanation. Thank You!

We're sorry about the issues you're having with your Amazon gift card redemption. There's a known issue with the redemption of those Amazon gift cards and Xbox consoles that's being worked on. There's a planned fix coming today and you'll be able to redeem after that.

 

If you continue to have issues after today, please let us know.

When is this "fix" going to be available.  After 12 chat sessions (slow conversations that take way too much time), 5 phone calls that at least have taken less time after I get through your annoying (insert many bad word here) screener and being transferred to the "right" person.

This started on 11/23, my initial order was canceled after 8 days.  When it was reordered, the agent didn't put the accessories on it so I only got the 5G LTE equipment.

Three days ago or more, my issue was "escalated" and I was told it would take 5 to 7 days to process.. which is rediculous btw.  I was also told by one rep it woud take 60 days to get the card and that escalation wasn't an option.

Most of the reps/ agents are probably outsourced, that's fine if they're trained and know what to do, but the information has been inconsistent and wrong 90% of the time or contradicts what other reps / agents have told me.

So when wil I, or all of us actully get whats promised?  In my case a $200 Amazon Gift Card.   I assume most of us were planning on using this card for the holidays!  I know I was / am.

Completely Unsatisfied.. considering just canceling the service.. after 7 hours you guys should be paying me $50 / hour for my time.. it's worth more!

I went thru all the steps to redeem amazon gift card and I saw message that I will get it between 24-48 hours.

I have not seen anything yet and it has been a week. My verizon app shows gift card was redeemed.

Not sure what is going on with the redemption process.

To check on the status of your Amazon gift card, youโ€™ll want to visit our Promotion Center at this link: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/

 

Once there, youโ€™ll see a โ€˜Check My Statusโ€™ button at the button. Click that, and then enter the appropriate information to find your submission. If the status update informs the gift card email has not been sent, we want to wait for that to occur first before seeing about a reissue. If the status update does indicate a card was emailed, the next thing you want to do is check your email. 

 

The Amazon gift card will come from an email with the Subject Line of, Your Gift Card has Arrived. It will have been sent from this email address, YourWirelessRebate@YourWirelessRebateCenter.com. Please search your email Inbox (and I recommend the Junk/Spam folders as well) for that email. In most cases this helps find the gift card email, and you can then go enjoy using that at Amazon. 

 

If after checking the status, confirming the gift card was emailed,  looking for the email, and not finding anything, please let us know so we can look at whatโ€™s needed next.

I checked all my emails including spam but I did not see anything from yourwirelessrebate. I don't have a promotion code to check the status from the link provided. Let me know what are next step to find the cards.

@vzw_customer_support I have tried to reach out multiple times through chat, direct message, and forums without any progress in receiving my correct home offers. I've been told on an original forum post that my issue had been escalated and I would receive a private message, but I still have not. This is a very disheartening situation since I'm missing out on a combined $340 value that I signed up for. Please fix this for me and the numerous other customers facing the same issue.

I still have not been able to redeem the year of Disney+ Premium. It does not show up on my home offers page, even though I received three emails reminding me to redeem the offer.

I've finally been able to register for the Amazon gift card after having a chat assistant put in a service request on my account. Their explanation was that I was not seeing the offer due to "technical issues".  Hopefully I don't have the same problems with redeeming the card as other customers have had.

I still have not made progress on getting the year of Disney+ Premium.  Please advise on how to continue.

Thank you for the quick response. I've received three emails telling me to redeem my Disney+ subscription, but when I click through to my account page and the home offers tile, it doesn't show up as "available to redeem" or "pending". I previously only had the Xbox available to redeem. I don't need the Xbox at all, and I'm certain that I signed up to receive Disney+.
