I am in the same situation and everyone here. I ordered the 5G Home Internet on 12/31/23 and had it activated by 1/6/24. I have been using it for well over a month now and have been unable to get any concrete answers on where my 2 offers are. I have the original order email that states I qualify for them. I have talked to 3 different agents and they all agree I qualify for both offers but there is nothing available for me to submit, accept or confirm so that I can complete the promotional requirements. I simply want the promotional items I signed up for and committed to. I'd like Verizon to do the same. I have been a customer for 11+ yrs and this is extremely disappointing!
