I am in the same situation and everyone here. I ordered the 5G Home Internet on 12/31/23 and had it activated by 1/6/24.  I have been using it for well over a month now and have been unable to get any concrete answers on where my 2 offers are.  I have the original order email that states I qualify for them.  I have talked to 3 different agents and they all agree I qualify for both offers but there is nothing available for me to submit, accept or confirm so that I can complete the promotional requirements.  I simply want the promotional items I signed up for and committed to. I'd like Verizon to do the same.  I have been a customer for 11+ yrs and this is extremely disappointing!

I signed up the same day as you and the same thing happened to me. I was never able to redeem offers on the app. I chatted and called in probably close to 20 times about it. Finally one of the agents turned in a “fallout form”. I had to wait a couple weeks but finally they emailed me the code for the Amazon card and a few days later I got an email that the Xbox has shipped. It was a ridiculous process, but whatever form he submitted seemed to resolve it. Just keep bugging them about it and tell them to submit a fallout form for the offers they promised you. If they don’t, file a complaint with the BBB.

Hi Natasha,

I have never received anything that would allow me to redeem either one of the offers. I have the original order email stating that I qualify for them, but I have received nothing since then.
