Hello.
So I ordered the 5g home internet service online for store pickup on 12/27/23 to take advantage of the Xbox offer. Later that day, I received a call from the store rep saying that the gateway was ready for pick. At the store, the rep informed me that they had to cancel my online order and reprocess it due to ordering errors. No big issue as whatever occurred really did not affect the pickup. In and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. I got everything set up at home and things are running great. So today I decided to redeem the Xbox offer although I didn’t receive any emails with instructions to do so. So went into the MyVerizon App scrolled to the “Make the most of your plans” section and didn’t see any tiles related to redeeming the Xbox offer. I further went into looking at the rest of the app and saw nothing about redeeming the Xbox offer. Has anyone else had this experience with their 5g Home Internet order? I think the issue might be the reprocessing of the order which made my order an in-person order rather than an outline order. Any help or insight is much appreciated.
