5G Home Internet questions

I am not sure if my first post posted ... Verizon 5G Home Internet is now available in my rural area. We do receive 5G and 5G UW at our home, but it's spotty at best right now.

I am aware of the difference between 5G Home and 5G Plus.

Since 5G is spotty at my home, it's safe to assume I would receive mainly an LTE signal?

Putting the router/modem near a window would be probably not feasible in my home.

Hey jhwilen, we appreciate your interest in our 5G Home service. To answer your question, all wireless home internet services, including 5G Home, can be impacted by factors like location, signal strength, and placement. We're sorry to hear about the spotty service at home. It certainly sounds like it may be attributed to the rural location. That being said, we do offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, so if you try out the service, and aren't completely satisfied, you can return the device and get your money back: https://www.verizon.com/home/internet/5g/

We can also take a closer look at your location, and help troubleshoot any service concerns as we always want to make sure that you receive the best available service in your area. Please let us know if this helps, and if you would like for us to guide you through some troubleshooting.
