5G Home Plus, any way to test the receiver's 5G strength

During setup there was a Verizon App feature to measure the 5G signal strength. This feature seems to disappear once the internet is setup. Is there a way to access this feature after the internet setup? I have not attached my receiver to the window/wall and would like to randomly see if there is a better positioning/placement to get a stronger signal. I am aware of the KB article, https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-219979/ may address this exact issue, but the Devices link is always greyed out.
Thanks

Ok to close this topic out, there is no way to test 5G strength to the receiver. You can only test wifi strength through the verizon app/website. A technician came to my house and confirmed this. They have a tool that is not available to the general public. For some reason this feature is available during initial setup in order to place the receiver, but once setup is complete that feature goes away. Also there was something wrong with my setup which they fixed and I still don't get any of the features people described above. This is the case since my initial post and today 7/28/2024. Hope this helps someone in the future.

If your device is activated - go to Account - Home Internet - Resources - Want a stronger 5G signal - Get Started

You can also login to the router https://192.168.0.1 go to System Status and it'll show your LTE and 5G signal strength

Interesting my system status (Basic or Advanced), https://192.168.1.1/#/adv/system/status just shows connected IPv4/IPv6 and router details. Can you paste the link just in case I'm looking at the wrong page?
Thanks

That's the correct page - did you scroll down farther down?
I wouldn't suggest a mobile browser, I almost always use a PC.
You should see -
4G LTE Signal Strength
-91.0
5G Signal Strength
-116.0

Funny as I feel like I have some weird one-off account. When I sign into https://www.verizon.com under account I have
When I click around it seems My Devices is the page I need to get to but The Networks and Devices Tab is greyed out so I'm back to my initial post. The service works fine, but the website and app seems to be buggy for me.

You have to use the app on a mobile device to have the 5G tower finder feature.

How do you get to this on the app. The option seems to have disappeared once the internet was setup. Do you have special privileges on the app or website because we seem to be having a different user experience.

fp3798, we want to make sure you can check your signal strength. Here are the steps for checking your Wi-Fi signal strength on your My Verizon app. https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-218706/

This is essentially the same KB article I posted in the original thread. If I assess this via the website or the app, those options are greyed out or not accessible. When I sign in on the router, I use the password on the back of the router. For the app or website I sign in under my account and appear to be an account owner or manager because I have all the billing and payment rights listed here, https://secure.verizon.com/account/roleInfo/start
Maybe I'll call verizon to see if there's anything about my account that hasn't been setup correctly.

That is definitely unusual, as you should be able to test the strength of the receiver once it has been activated. We would recommend clearing your cache and cookies, or try using a different browser. If the problem continues, let us know.

Nope, same basic details in both Firefox and Chrome. Can you do me a favor and include a screenshot of what I'm supposed to see?
