I would still like to know how you are supposed to "qualify" for home internet. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for several years. When I go into the local store or the regional office, I'm treated like I'm stupid for asking this question. Could it be they don't know the answer? I have to use a 5G plan for my phone. I use a hotspot currently for internet, I'm simply asking how to qualify for home internet cube. If my phone works why would the cube not work? I was once told that I didn't have a physical address. I took two years of my life and made sure my physical address was established only to be told that Verizon didn't have it in THEIR system. They should update theirs, too! Color me frustrated enough to go looking for alternative service providers.

Hey there, Kaki81, we're glad to hear that you're able to use 5G on your phone and that you're interested in using Home Internet services. I'm sorry to hear your questions were not answered when visiting your local store, we can certainly help point you in the right direction. To check eligibility, it will be based on your home address. You may select the link to Check Availability here: https://www.verizon.com/home/internet/5g/ to see if you are eligible for 5G Home Internet.
