5G home internet just dropped signal like a ock in the ocean

My home internet was wonderful for the first year. Download speeds as advertised and absolutely no problems. That is until today, I was trying to download some updates and noticed my speeds were abysmal. I was as low as 8 mbps. I rebooted and relocated the router a handful of times all with the doomed red light signaling no 5g. This is so disappointing seeing as I would love to keep the service. Has anyone else had this issue or foes anyone know of a fix?

Bjwb1214, 5G Home Internet is truly great, and we're sorry if it's been having some issues recently. Have you tried unplugging and replugging the box? Where in your home is it located? What troubleshooting have you tried?
