verizon sent me to collections over at home internet that they didn't allow me to return. they gave me the run around, saying they wouldn't be able to return the modem. they told me to go to a corporate store. I went back to the store, and they said they couldn't return the modem and to call a number. i called the numbers, and they said that they would send me a box to return it a week went by no box. i went back to the temp store, and they called someone, and they sent me a box a week later. i sent the 5g internet back. they also said once they received the device, i wouldn't owe anything. afer that i was emailed, i owed money. i went to the store, and they called someone and said, "Because it went past 30 days, i wouldn't be credited. The lady was mean and told me they had to receive the device in 30 days. the employees told thats me not what they were taught in their training. we explained to her I tried to return the device and verizon wouldn't let me. the verizon employees then called someone else, and they said i would be credited from the bill. Now im in collections, and my credit might take a hit.
