For about the past month or so I have noticed that ALL of the ROUTER QUICK ACTIONS such as SPEEDTEST and TROUBLESHOOTING as well as ALL of my devices INCLUDING MY ROUTER and the WPS setup option are all offline , does that mean that there is a problem of some sort on my end, or is that just the way the Verizon Home Internet website is?.

Hello

at this time I DO NOT need to run a speedtest or troubleshoot my Internet connection as everything is working AWESOME for now.  The only reason that I am asking about this is because, Until recently I had no problem accessing these services when I needed to use them.  As things stand at the moment, I am using a third party tool to check my Internet speed, according to the speedtest tool that I am using my Internet is working just  great!!!.  I just find it weird that until recently ALL of my devices were online and the WPS , speedtest services were online and working and as of about a month ago those services  are offline and NOT working.  The only reason that I am even concerned about any of this is that since these services are NOT working, that means that I have less information to give to Verizon.  However, if things are supposed to be this way then I am fine with that!!!.

YES fortunately all of my devices are working quite well at this time.  My main question is, Is there a problem with the Verizon 5g Internet website.  My reason for asking this is because recently I tried to run a speedtest from the Verizon 5g Internet website,  Even though I was logged in I was unable to run a speedtest.  I had to install a third party utility to check my internet speed.  I also could not help but notice that even though all of my devices are working quite well, They are offline according to the Verizon 5g Internet website.  All of the other features of the Verizon 5g website that I previously had no problem using, such as the troubleshooting feature are now unusable as well.  Is all of this normal or is there a glitch?.

Hey todd-dj-reese, if devices are connected and actively using internet it should show online for each device. We will send a private message just to gather some details to lift this up and make sure everything is working as it should be on the website.
